Connecting Hard Tech with Enterprise Infrastructure

Welcome, Zero Gravity Summit attendees. True Blade Systems is here during Utah’s Hard Tech Week.

We put superior intellectual effort up front so your systems unfold without the drama of vendor mistruths, IP risk, or constant renegotiation. Our offering costs more and is worth it.

Commercial enterprise software relationships are often adversarial by design—telemetry, unapproved data collection, changing license terms, and exit costs that rise the longer you stay. We prefer infrastructure you own and control: Cisco network and communications infrastructure, and Linux to the maximum extent possible for greater security and freedom from Microsoft enterprise complications. The systems we deploy are secure by design and do not upload your data. They stand up to scrutiny by institutional investors and regulators.

Whether you are scaling automated manufacturing, securing dual-use or industrial environments, or building for the U.S. military, we deliver cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and operational continuity that protect intellectual property and keep growth free of new friction. The same process and judgment apply in carpeted and uncarpeted workspaces.

The heart of the work is 20+ years with the same principals. Judgment applied early produces relationships that stay perpetual.

True Blade

We put superior intellectual effort up front so your growth or mission systems unfold without the drama of vendor mistruths, IP risk, renegotiation, or changing direction.

Our offering costs more and is worth it.

Commercial enterprise software relationships are adversarial

Many commercial enterprise software vendors design the relationship so that your data, your processes, and your future choices remain under their control. Licensing terms change. Hardware profiles, software usage data, and internet activity leave your environment. Support depends on that vendor’s roadmap, not yours. Exit costs rise the longer you stay. These are not side effects. They are structural features of the commercial enterprise software model.

We prefer open-source software and infrastructure you own and control. We use Cisco network and communications infrastructure. We use Linux to the maximum extent possible for greater security and freedom from the complications of Microsoft software at the enterprise level. The software we deploy does not upload your data. Security and dignity come from design, not from trust in a vendor’s privacy policy.

What we do

IT vendor and Outsourced CTO work for operators who need network infrastructure, communications, and security that stays accountable.

Primary focus: finance firms, aerospace/defense companies, and others in the dual-use ecosystem, nationwide.

The same judgment applies in carpeted workplaces and in uncarpeted workspaces—plants, manufacturing floors, energy facilities, warehouses, and outdoor or harsh sites. We have decades of deploying technology in uncarpeted environments and, in some cases, we prefer them. Many operators have not been introduced to Cisco or to open-source options. That introduction is part of the work.

Technical preferences we practice

  • Cisco Network and Communications Infrastructure
  • Linux to the maximum extent possible

These choices work for most businesses of all sizes. They serve a finance firm that must keep data under its own control and an industrial or dual-use operator that needs reliable, ownable infrastructure without enterprise-software friction.

AI, handled with restraint

AI is useful when it is personalized to the expert user’s actual needs—not when it is a general reporting layer that sends more data outward. Large language models frequently over-report, retain context they should not, and create new dependencies.

We treat AI as a tool that must stay inside the same boundaries we already apply: non-invasive, open-source where possible, secure by design, and under the client’s control. The novel part is personalization to the person who already knows the work, not replacement of that knowledge or automatic upload of the underlying data.

We bring dignity, and we add to dignity, by using software and other technical resources that do not take your information as the price of use.

Continuity

The heart of the work is the long years of the same principals. Judgment applied up front produces relationships that stay perpetual instead of being renegotiated. Reputation is everything—no money conflicts, no ops conflicts.
