Downloading new Fedora 9 Updates

I store Fedora 9 updates on local servers, to make sure I only get those updates that I know to work. Here's how to update those files.

 To get all updated files:

cd /var/trueblade/distro/Fedora/9/i386/dev/updates/RPMS
wget --no-clobber ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/updates/9/i386.newkey/*
createrepo .

To get the original Fedora 9 distribution files (this should only be needed once ever, as these files are not updated):

cd /var/trueblade/distro/Fedora/9/i386/prod/dist/Packages
wget --no-clobber ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/releases/9/Everything/i386/os/Packages/*
createrepo .
