A New York City investment adviser had outgrown its existing office space and needed to grow its business substantially. True Blade Systems served as the general manager for the construction and outfitting of a substantially larger office space in a well-known historic office building.

Working with the architect and a large crew of construction and technology professionals, we delivered an ultra-modern 7,500-square-foot office space with numerous technology improvements and increased system redundancies. 

The project came in on time and on budget, quite a feat when dealing with the constraints of working in a historic building. And in the months since the installation was complete, the client has experienced significant growth.

A New Jersey broker-dealer that's owned by a major New York bank purchased another company and needed to quickly migrate its newly acquired clients to their in-house clearing platform and the RealTick trading solution.  Working under tight deadline, we wrote the software to run RealTick on the Amazon Web Services platform, connecting multiple disparate systems and meeting all production goals. We now operate the software for the client on an ongoing basis, serving in a mission-critical capacity.

A broker-dealer in Manhattan needed to upgrade its risk management capabilities. Working with the client's top-level executives, we implemented risk management on an operational basis, including the development of policies and procedures. The client's installation included a server that delivered three years of continuous uptime. With our understanding of the regulatory process, we have responded to the client's production requests for more than nine years.

A Washington, DC regulatory organization relies on True Blade Systems to write, design and oversee development of software that reads data from a trading system and produces two types of reports: transparency reports about the corporate bond market and regulatory reports that document whether brokers are meeting their regulatory requirements. We have served this client since True Blade Systems was founded in 2003.
